Short and Sweet Covid Safety Plan

IF YOU ARE UNWELL, STAY HOME.
If you or someone in your group have a confirmed or suspected case of
COVID-19, are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, or have been directed
to stay home by NSW health please do not attend your performance. You
should continue to stay home and follow government guidelines. We have a
flexible ticket policy so that you can rebook your tickets into another
performance.
If the above applies to you, please contact our Festival Producer, BELINDA
LING, no later than 10am on the day and we will work with you to exchange
your tickets for a future performance (subject to availability).

MANDATORY VACCINATION.

It is a requirement that all patrons aged 16+ have received two doses of a
COVID-19 Vaccination prior to entry*. Proof of vaccination status or valid
written medical exemption will be required at entry to the theatre. Children
under the age of 16 are welcome to attend and do not require vaccination,
however must be accompanied by an adult.

CAPACITY LIMITS & SEATING CONFIGURATION.

Short+Sweet will operate at up to 75% capacity at each performance*.
Patrons will be seating in our regular seating configuration with no physical
distancing between seats.

MASKS ARE MANDATORY.

Masks are mandatory for those aged 12+ at all times you are in the theatre,
including for the duration of the performance. If you do not have a mask, we
will provide you with one free of charge. If you have an exemption from
wearing a mask, you will be required to present this to our staff prior to entry.

VENUE CHECK-IN REQUIRED FOR ENTRY.
Before entering, you will be required to register using the Service NSW QR
code. Please have the latest version of the Service NSW app downloaded on
your phone.

ARRIVAL TIMES.

Our foyers will open 45 minutes prior to the start of the show. Please help us
by arriving at the theatre.

AUDITORIUM ACCESS.

Our auditorium doors will open 45 minutes prior to show time to allow plenty of
time for you to move safely to your seat. Once you have purchased food &
beverage and visited the restrooms, we ask that you move swiftly to your seat
to avoid crowding in the foyers.

KEEP YOUR DISTANCE WHEN QUEUING & MOVING.

To assist with social distancing, we strongly encourage you to stay in your
allocated seat unless you are purchasing food & beverage or using the
restrooms, in which case we ask that you purchase your items and then move
back to your allocated seat as soon as possible. When you move around the
theatre foyer please ensure that you keep your distance from other patrons
and follow the signs and the directions of our theatre team.

THEATRE BARS.

Our theatre bar will be open, however as consumption of food or beverage
whilst standing is prohibited, you will be asked to purchase your items and
make your way to your seats before you can consume them. The momentary
removal of masks for consumption of food & beverage is permitted.

CASHLESS.

Our outlets are cashless, and we can only accept contactless payments at our
bar and box.

SANITISE, SANITISE, SANITISE.
We will have hand sanitising stations located at several points of the theatre
for your use. Please make sure to use these regularly during your visit.

CONTINUOUS CLEANING.

Our theatre foyers and auditorium receive a professional deep clean after
every performance, and our professional cleaning staff will remain on site
throughout the performance to constantly clean washrooms, touchpoints and
high traffic areas.

OUR STAFF ARE THERE TO HELP.

Our staff and ushers will be onsite throughout the event to monitor everyone’s
safety, and to assist you in any way we can. If you feel uncomfortable at any
time, please speak to one of our friendly staff who will assist you.

* Please note, Short+Sweet will regularly undertake risk assessments to
review and adapt its COVID Safety Plan, taking into consideration the relevant
NSW Government Public Health Order at the time. Our Covid Safety
information is subject to change, so please be sure to visit this page a few
days prior to your visit for the most up to date information.
