GUEST SPEAKER: Lilach Avitan

Lilach Avitan is passionate about science and maths and is a Computational Neuroscientist working at the University of Queensland Brain Institute.  She is fascinated by the machine called the brain.  Her research involves combining cutting edge biological techniques and mathematical theories and models to try and understand how the brain works. Lilach actively promotes women in science tackling issues of equity and diversity.
