Suitable for women of any fitness or experience level.
Ages 13+
In our 5 week women's self-defence course you will learn:
- What the most common attacks are and how to respond to them.
- Simple and effective escape techniques.
- How you can create enormous knock down power.
Classes run for 1 hour from 9am to 10am Saturday mornings at Gungahlin College Gymnasium opposite Intersport on Hibberson Street.
Classes are done in regular sporting/exercise clothing and appropriate footwear such as sneakers are worn at all times.
(training is not performed in bare feet).
