Ticketing Terms and Conditions

StageCenta.com (the “Site”) is an online service owned and operated by Inbizecom Pty Ltd (ACN 092 284 029) trading as StageCenta (“we”, “our”, “us” or “StageCenta”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site. During the process of purchasing tickets you will be presented with these terms and conditions, by ticking the "I accept" option at this stage you will have accepted the following conditions of sale.

StageCenta may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any variations become effective on posting. By making a purchase through this Site after the terms and conditions have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.

Tickets are sold by StageCenta as agent for the person (“seller”) responsible for the relevant event. ALL CLAIMS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAGECENTA HAS NO LIABILITY TO YOU.

The following conditions are both for the sale of tickets (including any resale or subsequent assignment) and the ticket holder’s attendance of the event:
  1. All transactions are final. There will be no refunds on completed bookings unless the performance is cancelled.
  2. Exchanges can only be made 48 hours or more prior to the currently ticketed performance. An exchange fee will apply.
  3. If a performance is cancelled due to an Act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather or for any other cause reasonably beyond the agent's control, there is no right of refund or exchange, and no obligation is assured by StageCenta for the arranging of a substitute service, event or performance.
  4. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
  5. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller's and the venue's terms of admission. Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and may be excluded if no suitable break occurs.
  6. Photographic, film/video and sound recording of the performance may not be permitted.
  7. It may be a condition of entry to individual events that a search of person and / or their possessions will be required at the time of the entry to the venue.
  8. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from StageCenta or other authorised points of sale.
  9. You must allow adequate time for collection or delivery of tickets. Methods of collection and/or delivery will be available when choosing your collection/delivery details. StageCenta reserves the right to change your delivery method to "Venue Collect" in its discretion.
  10. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets at the venue and / or entry to the performance.
  11. If a ticket purchase is refunded only the ticket price will be refunded. Under no circumstances will booking transaction fees be refunded.

Data Use and Protection

Inbizecom Pty Ltd trading as StageCenta collects personal information as agent for the seller, for the purposes of cancellation notification, accounting and marketing of future events. The collected information will be dealt with by StageCenta and the seller in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other laws. You are not obliged to provide information, but a failure to do so may mean you cannot purchase tickets. The seller’s contact details are available upon request from StageCenta. You may seek access to information about you held by the seller or StageCenta.

Gungahlin Movie Marathon
Ticketing Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Entry
The Land Development Agency (LDA) is an ACT Government agency within the Economic Development portfolio and is responsible for the Gungahlin Movie Marathon (‘Event’).

Ticketing for the Event is provided by Inbizecom Pty Ltd (ACN 092 284 029) trading as StageCenta.

By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Refunds and exchanges
  1. All transactions are final and no refunds will be provided on completed bookings unless the Event is cancelled.
  2. Exchanges can only be made 48 hours or more prior to the Event and are subject to ticket availability. An exchange fee will apply and be charged to you.
Entry to Event
  1. You must present a printed copy of your ticket to enter the Event. The ticket must be valid and purchased through StageCenta. You may be required to present photo identification to verify your ticket booking at the Event.
  2. You must hold a valid ticket to enter the theatre at any time during the Event including during the screening of a film, and be able to present your ticket to LDA personnel at any time during the Event upon request.
  3. Children aged under 3 years old will be permitted entry without a ticket provided they are accommodated on a ticket holder’s lap during the Event.
  4. You may be denied entry into, or removed from, the Event where you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions or, in the LDA’s reasonable opinion, you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, in possession of illicit drugs or alcohol, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of others attending the Event. All decisions of the LDA are final and no refund will be provided in the event you are refused entry or removed from the Event on any of these grounds.
  5. You may be required to undergo a search of you and/or your possessions at the time of entry to the venue.
  6. Persons aged under 15 years old who are not accompanied by their parent or guardian will not be permitted entry to a film at the Event classified MA15+. You may be required to present photo identification prior to entering the Event to verify your age. The LDA may refuse entry to any person if, in its absolute discretion, it is not satisfied that a person is at least 15 years old or otherwise accompanied by their parent or guardian. All decisions of the LDA are final and no refund will be provided in the event entry is refused on these grounds.
Theatre seating and arrangements
  1. All seating will be allocated at the time of purchase of a ticket to the Event. If required, the LDA may re-allocate seats at their discretion.
  2. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings at all times. The LDA does not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
  3. Prams and strollers are not permitted in the theatre due to safety requirements. These items may be placed in the allocated area outside of the theatre.
  4. Due to the very limited designated wheelchair spaces available in the theatre, these spaces must be booked through the ticketing agent at the time of purchase and are subject to availability.
  5. The Event is strictly smoke and alcohol free. Smoking and the possession or consumption of alcohol in or within close proximity of the theatre is not permitted under any circumstances.
  6. The LDA may make changes to the films being screened at the Event and/or vary the advertised times, prices, venue, seating arrangements and audience capacity at any time n its absolute discretion.
  7. Photography, video recordingor sound recording of the films is not permitted.
No resale of tickets and limit on number purchased
  1. Tickets must not, without the prior written consent of the LDA, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder may be refused admission. The LDA will take all reasonable steps to notify you of its intention to cancel the ticket or render it invalid within a reasonable time before cancelling it or rendering it invalid.
  2. You may not purchase more than ten tickets to any one film screened as part of the Event. If you exceed the stated ticket limit, the LDA may, in its absolute discretion, cancel any or all of your orders and tickets without further notice to you. This includes orders made using the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information. Ticket limits apply to ensure fair access to tickets and as a measure to minimise ticket scalping.
Collection of your Personal Information

Inbizecom Pty Ltd trading as StageCenta will collect personal information on behalf of the LDA for the purpose of selling and issuing you the tickets you purchased to the Event, notifying you in relation to any change to the Event, including the cancellation of the Event, and where relevant, providing you with a refund.

Your personal information will be handled at all times in accordance with the Territory Privacy Principles (TPPs) contained in the Information Privacy Act 2014 (ACT). You are not obliged to provide any personal information, but failure to do so may mean you cannot purchase tickets for the Event.

The policy contains information on how you may access your personal information held by or on behalf of the LDA, how you can seek the correction of the information, how you can complain about a breach of the Territory Privacy Principles and how the LDA will deal with the complaint.
