John Congear

Having graduated from Curtin University in 2020 with a Bachelors in Screen Arts, John Congear has a wide range of experience across all facets of production. Originally wanting to be an actor, John's wealth of experience around the stage allows him to transfer his sound design and composing skills from the screen to the theatre. With over a decade of experience across guitar, piano and drums, he has an affinity for music even at a grand scale. His most notable designs are Metamorphosis (2020), One Day Closer (2021) and Next Stop: Reality (2021). Alongside these designs, John loves working behind the camera through promotional work and documentation. His promotional material for The Producers (2021) at the Regal Theatre has been instrumental in the show's success.
