I'm a writer from the Southern Tablelands. I previously worked as a journalist for Australian Community Media, writing mainly for The Goulburn Post. I have written:
The River, The Waltz,
The Russian Doll, The Ballad of Mary Ann Brownlow,
Life's a Bitch, Windfall, and Irene's Wish.
Most of these plays have been produced. Irene's Wish was workshopped at the Street Theatre.
The Waltz
was performed at the Goulburn Performing Arts Centre in October 2022, as part of a Regional Festival of Theatre. It also toured to Southern NSW' including The Q Theatre in Queanbeyan as part of a short season funded by Create NSW. It was also performed at Bondi Pavilion Theatre in November, 2023.
The Russian Doll
is on at GPAC in September, 2023.
The River
