Born in Brisbane in 1972, eldest child of two and father of two, Matt has always been afraid of the lime light until entering his adult years. He has performed as an auditioned singer with New World Rhythm Choir for 10 years at hundreds of gigs including Woodford Folk Festival. He sees all of life as a performance and in his daytime job, runs educatiional training sessions for counselling staff across all sectors of the community. He is interested in the arts and dances at 5 rhythms in Coolum, and plays djembe drums with the Zulum Pods in Caloundra. This is his debut in theatre in a challenging role with accents and twists.
