In 1895, playwright Oscar Wilde was found guilty of gross indecency and with his sentence came a worldwide scandal. But, what of his wife? What of his two children? Oscar’s trial left his family bankrupt, homeless and friendless. After Oscar, tells the story of Mrs. Constance Holland, the wife of Oscar Wilde, who fled to the Continent hoping to create a new life for herself and her children.
