WELCOME TO PERFORMATHON 2026!

The Performathon is Perform Australia's annual festival of short plays produced by students aged 6-17 in our after-school acting classes. This year our theme is "Going Big".

Going Big is about helping young performers step fully into their voice, body and imagination. Across all age groups, our drama program encourages students to make bold choices — physically, emotionally and theatrically — so their stories are clear, confident and engaging for an audience. 

This year are performing at our very own theatre, Perform Australia Theatre at Tuggeranong for our week of performances. Student shows are classified by colour, so make sure you know your child's class colour or class location when booking.

TICKETS: All tickets are $10. 
TICKET LIMITS: Please note sessions have ticket limits due to the size of the class and the number of seats in the theatre.  We know that some families may want more, and some families may want fewer tickets than the given number. If you would like to buy extra tickets, we will release any unsold tickets two days before the show - but please limit your first purchase so that all our performers can have some supporters in the audience! Thank you for your understanding.

BABIES AND TODDLERS UNDER AGE 3: The theatre environment is not suitable for children under 3. An email has been sent to parents and carers about this. Please arrange alternative care for little ones. Performathon is a chance for their older siblings to shine!
CHILDREN 3 and Up: Children aged 3 and over should have their own seat for their own comfort during the show.

Our shows are colour coded for ease of purchase - note there are different days for each show:

• YELLOW, 6pm Monday 14th September - Tuggeranong (Razzle Dazzlers, Footlights and Company), 3 tickets per family
• BLUE, 6pm Friday 18th September - Kingston (Razzle Dazzlers, Footlights and Company), 4 tickets per family
• PURPLE, 11am Saturday, 19th September - Pearce (Razzle Dazzlers, Footlights) and Weston (Footlights and Company), 4 tickets per family
• ORANGE, 2:35pm Saturday, 19th September - Melba (Razzle Dazzlers, Footlights and Company), 3 tickets per family
• AQUA, 6:10pm Saturday, 19th September - Gungahlin (Razzle Dazzlers, Footlights Monday, Footlights Thursday and Company), Footlights, 4 tickets per family
• PINK, 2:45pm Sunday 20th September – Hughes (Razzle Dazzlers, Footlights and Company), 4 tickets per family
• GREY, 5:45pm Sunday 20th September - Queanbeyan (Razzle Dazzlers, Footlights and Company), 6 tickets per family
