School of Rock
Luke double majored drama in high school and has been addicted to the stage ever since. Their performing credits include; Mickey Johnstone in Blood Brothers (2018) with Gungahlin College, ensemble in Dramatic Productions The Producers (2019), understudied the role of Frankie Valli in Canberra Philharmonic Societys Jersey Boys (2021), a member of the vocal choir for A Migrants Son (2022), and performed solo and with others for the 2022 Lifeline Gala. Lukes ultimate theatre dream is to play Evan in a production of Dear Evan Hansen one day. Since joining the Canberra theatre community, Luke has made some truly incredible friends and unforgettable life-long memories. Luke is so excited to be back on the stage in this production of School of Rock with such a phenomenal group of talented kids and adults. They hope you enjoy the show! Rock on!

My Personal Bio
Luke has been acting and singing from a young age and loves musical theatre with a passion. Before February of 2019, Luke had never “properly” learned how to dance, so if he can do it anyone can! Whilst completing year 12 in 2018, he performed as Michael Johnstone in Gungahlin College’s production of Blood Brothers. During his time at GC he also developed a keen interest in writing narratives and directing short films. He is currently writing a novel which he hopes to have published one day. The Producers is Luke’s favourite musical and his first production outside of school, so as you can imagine he is extremely excited and proud to be a part of such a wonderful show and working with such an amazing cast and crew. He hopes you enjoy the show and as they say in the old country, Erin Go Braghless!
