School of Rock
Hester has been involved in musical theatre since 2019. She discovered her passion for performance in her first community theatre show: Annie Jr with Perform Australia. Since then, she has continued to play roles such as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, Ariel in The Little Mermaid, and Belle in Beauty and the Beast. Recently, Hester made her professional debut in Honest Puck Production's Anastasia Krupnik, playing Jennifer McCauley.
Hester is continuing formal training in both song and dance. Her performance career is supported by Elite Dance Studio, where she is training in tap and jazz, and Bec Taylor School of Music, where her singing tutor is Tristan Davies. She is represented by Budding Talent Agency and continues to gain experience within the Canberra theatre community. Hester is extremely excited to be a part of School of Rock with Dramatic Productions.
