Thomas, better known as Dac, began performing onstage when he was 14 with Scouts ACTs Gang Show, where he stayed for a startling 16 years, growing up as a cast member, then moving on to the production team, then finally co-directing Gang Shows 50th year in 2017 and the following year as well, before moving on to other theatrical pursuits. Being in School of Rock, surrounded by a bunch of kids more talented than him, has been giving him some serious flashbacks to his time in Gang Show. Dacs other theatrical credits include the ensembles for Legally Blonde in 2019 and Jersey Boys in 2021, both by Canberra Philharmonic. Outside of theatre, Dac is an aspiring voice actor, and can be heard online in X-Men: The Audio Drama as villains Pyro and the Brood Queen, among other characters.
