GRADS (Graduate Dramatic Society) is a not-for-profit incorporated association originally set up by UWA postgraduates – for people who love to perform – in 1952.
GRADS’ objective is to present high quality plays mostly chosen from the classic repertoire, both ancient and modern. GRADS aims to put on three productions annually, and for the past 20 years, has presented a play in the New Fortune Theatre every summer.
GRADS aims to continue to present theatre goers, and students with an opportunity to see the best plays ever written in performance, at affordable prices, and value our continuing association with the University of Western Australia and Stirling Players.
Membership of GRADS is available to people with an interest in performance and with all technical and administrative aspects of production.
