Tap is back with FORM! Following a cracker performance with the Tap Pack in 2013, internationally renowned tap dancers Peta Anderson (Eireborne, Drummer Queens), Jack Egan (The Tap Pack, Australian Tap Coach), Brianna Taylor (RAW, Rythmatic) and Thomas J Egan (The Tap Pack, Tap Dogs) launch their newly founded company, The Australian Tap Dance Company.

Joined by four of Australias most virtuosic tap dancers and a percussionist, The Tap Affect is the companys inaugural work. Gathered for the first time on stage they celebrate the great influential tap legends, sometimes lesser-known, that have inspired their journey. To famous big band jazz tunes of the 20s, 40s and current times, each dancer will delve into their deeply personal bond to tap dancing, showcasing their unique style and story.

Our vignettes of each dancer will be an abstract biographic view into their inspirations as a tap dancer.  Thomas Egan, Australian Tap Dance Company co-founder.
