Milly is a Year 12 student at Temora High School and is passionate about Drama and performance. Macbeth is one of her favourite Shakespearean plays and she has really enjoyed the camaraderie of being part of this production. Milly seems to effortlessly capture the essence of her characters Lennox and Seyton, and her performances in these roles have lifted the quality of our play. She is a gifted actress and we look forward to seeing what role she takes on next.
Abbey is a Year 5 student at Temora West Public School. Its hard to believe that this is Abbeys first acting role and her first experience with Shakespeare. Taking on three roles Abbey is one of our witches, and also plays Fleance and Child Macduff. Abbey grasped the plot themes and characters with a maturity well beyond her years, and she should be very proud of her work in this production. Our youngest cast member, Abbey is only 11 years old! Abbey has thoroughly enjoyed being part of the play and she has developed a true love of Shakespeare. She also attends CAPA at Platform Y and she loves dancing, taekwondo and art.
Marcus is a 15 year old student at Temora High School. We have given him the challenge of playing three roles - Donalbain, Angus and Young Siward. Marcus has taken these roles on with maturity and dedication. In particular, learning stage combat for the fight scene was a lot of fun and he really took on everything we asked him to do. It has been an absolute pleasure to have Marcus as part of our cast, and we hope he continues to pursue creative opportunities in the future.
