Orlando
Gungahlin College Theatre Company presents
Orlando

19 Aug 2025 to 23 Aug 2025

Based on the Virginia Woolf novel, this is the story of a young nobleman who is drawn into a love affair with Queen Elizabeth I. For a time, life at court is interesting enough, but Orlando yearns for something more. As he strives to make his way as a poet and lover, his travels keep him at the heart of a dazzling tale where gender and gender preferences shift regularly, usually with hilarious results.

On Thursday 21 August there will be a Dinner and Show option available. Dinner will be served in the Hospitality cafe at Gungahlin College, starting at 6pm. Service will  include Appetisers, Main and Dessert with a 50/50 set menu drop for $30 per head.  If you are interested in this option, please purchase tickets for the Thursday night performance FIRST via Stagecenta.com, and then call the Gungahlin College Front Office on 61421000 to reserve dinner seating.

The Friday 22nd August will be hearing-impaired friendly with Auslan interpreters attending the performance.
