Demi has always loved theatre and has been lucky enough to perform in a variety of fantastic local shows. Since moving to Canberra in 2015 Demi has become an absolute theatre addict having been involved in back to back shows since 2016. Demi loves the creative relief that theatre provides amongst her crazy work and study life. Most recently Demi starred alongside Daryl Somers in Dramatic Productions 2019 The Producers as Ulla. In the same year, Demi performed as Irene Molloy in Queanbeyan Players Hello Dolly. In 2018 Demi performed in PeeWee Productions arena spectacular We Will Rock You shortly after portraying Jenny Lind in Canberra Philharmonics Barnum. She also enjoyed her collaboration with the Canberra Choral Society and the National Capital Orchestra in their oratorio performance of Monty Python – The Life of Brian, where she was the soprano soloist Judith. Demi has also been seen on stage in Canberra Philharmonics Jesus Christ Superstar as a Soul Sister (March 2018), Dramatic Productions Sweeney Todd as Johanna (Oct 2017), Philharmonics Chicago (2017) and Anything Goes (2016).
