Pippin is twenty-three years old and has been performing in Canberra since 2008, most recently as Romeo in Canberra REPs Romeo and Juliet. His past performances include Moritz - Spring Awakening (Phoenix Players), Ram - Heathers (Dramatic Productions), Jack - Into the Woods (Dramatic Productions), Lumiere - Beauty and the Beast (Canberra Philharmonic Society & Ickle Pickle Productions), Troy Bolton - High School Musical (Pied Piper Productions) Freddy - My Fair Lady (Free-Rain Theatre) and LeFou - Beauty and the Beast (Free-Rain Theatre). Pippin has been nominated for twelve CAT Awards and received Canberra Critics Circle Awards in both 2019 and 2021 for his performances as The Balladeer & Lee Harvey Oswald in Everyman Theatres Assassins and Wyndham Brandon in REPs Rope, respectively. View My Personal BioPip makes his debut with Dramatic Productions in Into the Woods and is enjoying testing his vocal extremities through the challenging music of Stephen Sondheim. Into the Woods marks Pip's twentieth appearance onstage with previous performances including Petruchio in Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew, Arty Kurnitz in Rep's Lost in Yonkers and John Mortimer in Rep's A Voyage Round My Father. He has been nominated for five CAT Awards, one of which he won for his performance as Sebastian in Disney's The Little Mermaid. Pip is delighted to be playing Jack and hopes the audience enjoys their journey Into the Woods.
