This 5 week men's self-defence course starts on Saturday 19th January.

Suitable for men 16 years or older, of any fitness or experience level.

Learn how to counter the most common street attacks.

Learn how to face an attacker and give yourself the edge

Learn how to create enormous power without pumping weights at the gym.

Classes run for 1 hour from 11:30am to 12:30pm Saturday mornings at Gungahlin College Gymnasium opposite the Sportsmans Warehouse on Hibberson Street.

Classes are done in regular sports/exercise clothing and approprite footwear such as sneakers are worn at all times.

(training is not performed in bare feet)
