Everyman Theatre is proud to present Assassins, by John Weidman & Stephen Sondheim. Since its first performance in 1990, this musical has been a searing look at the death and disillusionment of the American dream, and the lengths that people will go to feel like they’re part of the ball game, and not just a face in the crowd. Even if that length is to try and assassinate the leader of the free world. Winner of 5 Tony Awards in 2004, it features a host of well-known Canberra talent, directed by Kelly Roberts & Grant Pegg, with musical direction by Xander Unikowski.
