Making his directorial debut with Coolum Theatre Players, David brings his experience to the production honed from directing productions for the Samford Valley Theatre Group, including Unoriginal Sin, and BATS award winning production of Once Bitten.
This experience is some of the secret to David’s directorial success. However, he is quite the Renaissance man having also racked up years of steady acting credits both here on the Coast, including his lead role as King Edward VIII in BATS March 2013 production of Crown Matrimonial and as Lord Arthur Saville in the comedy West Moon Street at The Lind in September 2013 and in Brisbane in roles in the Front Row Theatre’s productions. By having been both an actor and director David is able to draw the best out of the many zany characters in Coolum Theatre Players not to be missed heart-warming production of Four Weddings and an Elvis.
